Cole's 1st Soccer Game

On Sunday September 16th Cole had his first Soccer Game!    He was soooo excited!  He asked to put on his shin guards and cleats at 9:15am, I did hold him off till 11:30pm (for a 12:45 practice), but it was difficult.  

Cole and Braden are on the same team so that made it even better. 

The way the soccer works is they practice for 45 minutes then play about a 45 minute game.  Below are some pictures from the practice and game.  Cole did GREAT!  He was into the whole time and had some real nice dribbling down the field a few times.  He was defiantly tired at the end of the game as were most of them. 

 Cole was excited about the snack at the end as well.  He cant wait for next week :)

1st Day of Preschool

Cole went back to school today, September 10, 2012.  He was SOOOO excited to go back and so excited to see Ms. G.  Ms. G is not his teacher this year, but he will see her in the morning and for lunch.  I asked Cole some questions this morning and wrote his answers on a paper he held for the pictures below.  I plan to ask them the same questions, every first day of school :)  Lets see how he likes that his senior year of High School.

Bearcat Football is BACK!

UC Football is BACK!!!  We could not be more excited.  Maya enjoyed her first game ever and Cole enjoyed showing her the ropes.

Fun Day for Cole

Nate and I wanted to give Cole a day of fun before school began.  Most of the summer we have been cooped up inside due to the heat and having a newborn, so on one of Nate's last day off we went to Coney Island!  Cole had a BLAST!!!  He rode every ride he was tall enough to ride and was not afraid of any of them. 

Even Maya enjoyed the day :)

Sad to see summer go, but it will be nice for it to be cooler, it sure has been a HOT summer. 

Turpin Football- Week 1-3

All of you know that Football is a huge part of our life.  Nate is now at Turpin and they are currently 3-0.  Below are pictures from the first 3 weeks.

The kids have been AWESOME at all of the games.  Cole has started to really watch parts of the game and it into seeing Daddy afterwards.  Maya seems to stay awake the majority of the game, guess she does not want to miss anything.  Hope the winning trend and the good behavior continues :)
